Improv Everywhere makes another funny improv video with 3,000 participants. They all downloaded the same mp3 and listen to it at the same time and place. The mp3 gave them ridiculous, embarrassing instructions that had the others in public confused. They freeze in Times Square, and high fives strangers.
For the finale, they all go to Bryant Park and yell surprise for some one’s birthday sitting in the middle. Then they all take out the roll of toilet paper they brought and mummy-up for a mummy dance party
