Austin Whitney, a UC Berkeley student, was paralyzed in an auto accident four years ago. But that didn’t stop him from dreaming of walking again. Thanks to the science departments at UC Berkeley, Austin did walk at his graduation. They built him an exoskeleton that was cheaper and lighter than previous models. Yay science!
