Matt Mina was digging in the sand at the Newport, California beach when the sand suddenly collapsed, and he was buried alive by six feet of sand. Rescue workers and beach goers dug as fast as they could, but the rescue still took half an hour. Amazingly, he was ok and was immediately sent to the hospital.
