The riots and looting in London are beginning to spread across the entire country. Sadly, it’s almost only the innocent who are victimized during these type of riots. In this case, a woman recorded a boy sitting on the ground bleeding. A couple people try to help him up, but they aren’t helping him. Once he’s standing they go through his backpack and steal his stuff. Disgusting.
