With the #OccupyWallStreet protests continuing to grow in numbers and locations, more and more people are getting sick of the big banks. This video from August that just went viral now shows an even earlier protest against Bank of America. A group of Bank of America customers all came together in St. Louis to close their accounts in protest of the bank. But instead, the bank wouldn’t even let them inside, let alone take their money out.
Here’s another video posted on October 4 of a Bank of America customer in St. Louis bearing witness that police had blocked access to his bank. I am not sure if this is the same incident in August or a separate protest.
