BuzzFeed has just uploaded this epic vintage C-SPAN video showcasing a much missed Chris Farley impersonating a very similar looking Newt Gingrich at the House Republican Conference. Back then, in 1995, Farley was still on SNL and often impersonated the then House Speaker.
