Google made headlines with their computer controlled Pruis cars that they are testing, but other car companies are also trying to develop similar technologies. World renown German car maker BMW has just released this new video showcasing their new autopilot of sorts system, called Highly Automated Driving. With sensors galore, complex programming, and serious testing, they have successfully ‘driven’ a special computer controlled BMW 5 series outfitted with the system 5,000 kilometers.
