DaVinci is famous for being the first person to invent the idea of a helicopter, but his old blue prints don’t really look all that much like our modern choppers. That is until now. 

75-year-old Gennai Yanagisawa developed the GEN H-4 helicopter, a one-manned helicopter with no need for a tail. It truly is the world’s smallest manned helicopter, and you can really see the resemblance to DaVinci’s original work.
