Last month at Intel’s esteemed International Science and Engineering Fair, fifteen year old Jack Andraka won the highest award for his creation of a new, non-invasive method to detect early-stage pancreatic cancer.
When it is finally unveiled that he was the winner, Jack jumped up before the announcer even finished, screaming and smiling with glee as he ran down to the stage.
