It’s a little scary and truly amazing that just a decade ago, the world was a completely different place. Back ‘then’ most people used Yahoo or MySpace online, while the majority still used newspapers and telephones in the home.

People still were just getting used to email, 56k modems, cellphones, and–”Google? What’s Google? Sorry, I gotta run, the phone is ringing. The one connected to the wall.”

Today, the world is more connected than ever in human history.

Pocket Jakes Film looked at our new world we live in and made this arsty short film, titled Online Now, showing just how quickly our old human interactions have evolved with our new technology.

We’re all online now.
