The Burleigh Point Australian OCC team were practicing when one of them spotted an adorable koala bear at the shore. The cute koala must have been a boater in another life, because, amazingly, the little guy just jumped into the water and swam to the canoers.
After the koala swam up to one of the women, she commented, “OMG, it’s coming to me! Do I pick him up?” One of the men pulled the little ‘bear’ up and into the boat. From then on, he just kind of hung out with the Aussies, being super calm and cute.
Sadly, there are still people who can’t handle a zoom button on a camera, as apparent from the video. They need to stop offering that function.
