Naturally, the first to develop a true digital and performance steering wheel is world famous German motor company BMW. Besides for offering a secure grip even in extreme driving conditions, the BMW M Performance Steering Wheel even has a small digital screen at the 12 o’clock mark, along with a colored gear shift indicator.
The small screen offers helpful driving and under-the-hood-information, while the gear shift indicator warns the driver when it is the optimal time to up shift.
