Mitchell Moffit and Gregory Brown of  are back with another dose of science wonder. For this episode, they were inspired by the book “A Short History of Nearly Everything” by Bill Bryson to tell the story of evolution of life on Earth.

They compressed the 3.5 billion years of time it took for present day Earth to become what it is, and retold the history in a single 24 hour time frame

Interestingly enough, if world history was only over the course of a day, humans wouldn’t enter the story until about 11:58 pm.

Ya, we’re more than just a little late to the party.
