It’s cold in Russia. How cold? Well, on any old winter day it can get as cold as -41 degrees as can be seen in this video by lifehackertv. Not wanting to miss an opportunity for some icy experimenting, this Russian man took a pot of boiling water and threw it off his balcony. Amazingly, the water instantly turns into a could of fog and snow.
The video is reminiscent of a similar experiment performed in the Canadian cold.
