SpaceX is one of the the world’s only private space exploration companies. When the company first started, many scoffed at the idea of private space exploration, but now, with videos like this one of their impressive rockets, they are being taken much more seriously.
Their latest achievement is the Vertical Takeoff Vertical Landing Grasshopper rocket reaching a height of 820 feet in the air.
In this brand new video, the ten story rocket ignites, lifts off, hovers around 800 feet, and then safety and softly touches back down, all while Johnny Cash appropriately plays Ring Of Fire. Already, the new video has garnered over a quarter million views.
