For a number of months, a Snowy Egret has been visiting Ed on a daily basis.
The two have now created an unofficial meeting schedule for dinner around six pm. Ed feeds the Egret strips of bologna and the two hang out a bit.
Unless the neighborhood cat interrupts their get-together.
“He comes around, lets everyone know he’s here. Just wants to stop and say, ‘hey,’ I suppose.”
